Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We're an online gallery. We have a studio we work from, but not one that physically displays products. We're very happy to speak to you about your requirements though, so please feel free to get in touch.
How long will it take to ship my item?
We aim to dispatch print only orders in 1-2 business days, but framed prints and canvas prints normally take between 5-7 business days to ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Prints are easy to ship, but canvas and framed prints are bulky and cost quite a bit to ship to you. If you're concerned about shipping costs, we recommend choosing an unframed print and then having it framed locally. Please note that due to the ongoing Coronavirus restrictions, some items are taking several weeks from shipping to arrive. This is due to international customs delays and is out of our control.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards and you can also pay via Paypal.
What paper do you print your images on?
We print on Canon 260gsm Luster paper. It's a great choice for prints, because of its vibrancy, fade resistance, and low reflectivity. Our fine art photographic prints are produced on 310gsm matte archival fine art paper.
Do you print in house?
Yes, we print all our prints in house, but we outsource our canvas prints to a high quality printing company. We don't have the space here to store the canvas frames.
My order hasn't arrived. who do I contact?
We will update you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within a couple of days of its dispatch, please contact us or call us on 01962 869739 and we'll look into it.
What's your returns/cancellation policy?
If you're unhappy with your print or canvas, please let us know and we'll arrange to either replace it if it's damaged during transit or offer a full refund. Please see our returns page for more information.
I've made a mistake in my order, what can I do?
Please contact us immediately, and we'll do all we can to help. If we haven't submitted your order through to print, we'll be able to make any necessary amendments for you.
Are you able to supply to different sizes than advertised?
We absolutely can! One of the beauties of the way we work is we can produce smaller or larger prints as required. There are physical limits to how large our prints can go, but get in touch, and we'll be delighted to give you a quote.
Who was the photographer for your images?
Every single image on sale in the gallery is exclusive to Northwall Gallery and was taken by our in house photographer and Director, Mike Hall. Mike is a Licentiate Member of the Royal Photographic Society.
I've got some images of my own I'd like to print but I don't know where to start, can you help?
Get in touch, and if there's something we can do to help you set up your images to print for a small fee, we'll be happy to advise and help.
